1) Raw Material —— Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel Plate + Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel Wire.

2) Machine Punching —— The galvanized sheet or stainless steel sheet is formed into the shape of a blade during the machine stamping process

3) Machine Forming —— Combine the coil wire and the blade plate.

4) Clip Installation—— We use clip gun to install C-ring clip, to make it firm

5) PVC Coating—— RAL 6005 Green color or any other colors in RAL Color System are all available.

6) Packaging —— Packaged with waterproof paper + woven bag, corrugated carton, or pallet. Special requirements can be customized.

PACKAGING SYSTEM

Because Concertina Barbed Wire has sharp blades, it is necessary to pay more attention to the way of packaging.

1) Generally, Razor Barbed Wire will be made into a coil, and then we use waterproof paper and woven bag for packaging. These coils can be directly loaded into container. Or, 10-20 coils will be compressed together with steel belts to make it stronger. In contrast, the loading quantity of compressed package is much more than what is in loose package.

2) Small Corrugated Box packaging, Razor Barbed Wire coils can be put into small pieces of paper boxes separately, this method is mainly used for supplying supermarkets or stores which directly facing the end users.

3) Corrugated Carton packaging, corrugated cartons can be customized according to customer requirements, and then 3-5 coils of razor wire are stacked into one carton, separated by cardboard in the middle.

4) Pallet packaging, compressed Razor Barbed Wire can also be packaged with plastic film, packing belt and pallet.

5) In addition, according to customer needs, we can also carry out exclusive customized services.

WAREHOUSE STORAGE SYSTEM

The production workshop of Concertina Barbed Wire occupies an area of 5,000 square meters, with 5 punching machines, 20 wire wrapping machines, 50 automatic pneumatic clip guns for clip installation, 6 workbenches for manual buckle. There are a large number of stock storage in the warehouse, and we can deliver the products with conventional specifications to the port or the designated warehouse immediately after the payment is completed.
